The i-Monitor platform functions as an interactive ecosystem connecting postgraduate students, academic supervisors, Heads of Departments (HOD), and the CPS central administration. Instead of utilizing isolated documents or manually tracking hours, the university employs this portal to ensure all research milestones align strictly with institutional timelines and postgraduate regulations. Submission periods are usually strictly defined. For example, during typical academic years, the submission window for semesters opens around Week 12 and closes around Week 17. Always check the exact dates provided by the CPS to avoid being locked out.

Every semester, students registered for a thesis or dissertation must submit an analytical overview of their research milestones. Failing to submit this report within designated deadlines usually changes a student's tracking status to "Unsatisfactory Progress" (UP), which can impact visa statuses or scholarship disbursements. 2.
