Phex 3.4.2 released
Written by Arne Babenhauserheide
Sunday, 01 February 2009
Today the Phex development group is happy to announce the release of Phex 3.4.2.
This is a minor release, yet it contains some tasty improvements.

The changes since Phex 3.4.0 are:

  • Less wait time for the first connections,
  • Strong leafs become Ultrapeers,
  • Automatic reconnect on network failure.

And a few squashed bugs.

But even though Phex made good progress, we want it to evolve even faster, and so we're searching for additional developers who want to join us in development.

If you want to contribute to Phex, please come into our forums or meet us in IRC via #phex @ freenode.net.

A poll on Your wishes
Written by Arne Babenhauserheide
Monday, 14 May 2007
We just started two new polls to find out into which direction you want Phex to move.
Please take a moment to read through the polls and select your favourite feature.

We've divided the question into two sets.
The first one includes features which can be implemented in half a year.
The second one shows four big items which will take a lot of time and energy to implement, so we need to be careful which direction we take.

Those are big decisions for Phex, and we want to include you into these decisions, so please vote to make your input count.

If you want to add more feedback, or if you want to offer your help, please visit us in the Phex-forum.

Also we're always searching for people who like to help us in shaping the Phex-Wiki into a universal knowledgebase for Phex and Gnutella.

Arkafterdark Snake 147 Jun 2026

: A single bite from a modded serpent can instantly knock your survivor unconscious. Keep Stimulants or Stimberries mapped to your hotbar for instant consumption.

The creature thrives exclusively within modded survival ecosystems. It fills a niche somewhere between the vanilla Titanoboa and the mythical Basilisk .

The investigation into Arkafterdark Snake 147 is an ongoing process, and it's likely that new discoveries will be made in the future. As more information becomes available, we may find that the truth behind this term is more astonishing than we could have ever imagined.

Utilize an aerial mount with high knockback capabilities, such as a Wyvern or an Arthropluera to safely melt its armor over time. Keep a steady supply of Stimulants on your hotbar to counteract the rapid torpor build-up from its venomous strikes. 🚀 Tamed Utility & Roles Arkafterdark Snake 147

"I didn't," Snake said. He stepped aside. From the pockets of his coat, from seams and folds, moved small figures: not people, but maps of places, lists of names all folded into paper boats. They were the ledger’s siblings—documents he’d folded into shapes that made noise when you threw them. He'd traded paper for disruption; the city taught him how to turn accounting into accident.

The most logical conclusion is that "Arkafterdark Snake 147" is a unique phrase created by Arkafterdark. It might serve as a character name, a server tag, or an inside joke that's been immortalized on a forum.

Some speculate that Arkafterdark Snake 147 could be linked to a specific online subculture or a cryptic messaging system. This might involve steganography, where hidden messages are concealed within seemingly innocuous content. Alternatively, it could be related to a whodunit-style mystery or a cryptic puzzle. : A single bite from a modded serpent

The community seems to be centered around a shared fascination with the mysterious and often cryptic content created by Arkafterdark. Fans discuss and analyze the symbolism, themes, and potential meanings behind Snake 147, demonstrating a deep investment in the Arkafterdark universe.

: Independent creators like Morrow have introduced custom giant constrictor snakes to the game ecosystem. Unlike the vanilla Titanoboa , these premium modded snakes feature advanced mechanics like realistic prey constriction, swallowing targets whole, and specialized taming mini-games involving charm mechanics.

Known for sharing building tips (such as using cliff platforms), discussing server settings (like mating interval multipliers), and helping players with game mechanics. It fills a niche somewhere between the vanilla

To understand the origins of Arkafterdark Snake 147, I scoured the internet for any mentions of the term in its early stages. It appears that the term gained traction around 2020, with some of the earliest recorded mentions dating back to online forums and social media platforms.

The discovery of the asset sparked significant waves across survival gaming circles. Because it was introduced quietly via background server updates rather than major patch notes, players originally mistook it for an unpatched bug or a developer easter egg.
