Android 4.3 Jelly Bean was the final major official operating system upgrade released by Samsung for the international Galaxy S3 (GT-I9300). Flashing the official stock ROM offers several distinct advantages over custom software:

In response, Samsung quickly addressed these problems and resumed the rollout in December 2013 with a more stable build. This resumed version aimed to fix the major bugs while retaining all the new features of the Android 4.3 update.
