Live workouts can be scheduled for any time and are automatically loaded to your on-demand library for your athletes to take anytime. You can also setup "Replay" classes which are scheduled live classes, but the coach video is a replay of an earlier live workout.
Workouts can be imported from Today's Plan, Training Peaks or built from scratch in Velocity's advanced workout builder. Interval targets can be set within compliance zones that help athletes improve skills.
Not only can athletes see and hear you guide them through the class, but you can see all of the athletes in the class, their real time data and color coding to indicate their interval performance to the targets. Two-way audio can be enabled for smaller classes too.
Adjustable compliance zones around interval power and cadence targets engage athletes to earn points for staying in the zones and develop cycling specific skills. Velocity is built for coaches to teach their athletes proper shifting, technique and does not use ERG mode.
Build a simple studio or scale it up to include multiple cameras. We provide easy directions and guidance on three tiers of setups with hardware recommendations based on need. Velocity can also facilitate hybrid
classes with in-studio and at-home participants.
You and your coaches will have your own password-protected coaching portal that limits access to just your athletes. Within your coaching portal, you can further restrict content access based on subscription.
Getting started is easy and fast. You'll follow these five steps:
1) Set up your coaching portal
2) Setup and connect your studio
3) Import or build your workouts
4) Invite your athletes
5) Start riding!
There is a no start up or initiation fee and then there is only a small monthly fee per athlete who joins your coaching portal.
You can set up different subscription levels or do one-time events (course overviews, nutrition rides, etc.) and Velocity is just paid our single flat fee that reduces as you scale your business on Velocity..

K-Pop, short for Korean Pop, has become a significant cultural phenomenon in Indonesia. Indonesian youth have enthusiastically adopted K-Pop, with many fans forming communities, attending concerts, and purchasing merchandise. The influence of K-Pop can be seen in the way Indonesian youth dress, style their hair, and engage in online trends.
Indonesian youth are increasingly concerned about social issues like environmental sustainability, equality, and justice. Many young Indonesians are actively engaged in social activism, using social media to raise awareness and mobilize support for causes they care about. Issues like climate change, LGBTQ+ rights, and corruption are being addressed by young Indonesian activists.
As Indonesia continues to navigate the complexities of the 21st century, one thing is clear: the country's youth will play a vital role in shaping its future. By understanding and supporting Indonesian youth culture, we can unlock the country's full potential and empower its young people to become leaders, innovators, and change-makers.
As the world’s largest Muslim-majority country, modest fashion is a powerhouse industry driven by young designers and influencers. Hijabi youth mix traditional modesty with Western streetwear, Japanese high-fashion, and pastel "Korean-style" aesthetics, proving that religious identity and high fashion coexist seamlessly.
While Meta and Google remain dominant, the Indonesian digital landscape in 2026 is increasingly fragmented into specialized subcultures. K-Pop, short for Korean Pop, has become a
Indonesian youth culture is a vibrant blend of traditional values and global influences, shaped by a digital-first generation that balances modernization with a strong sense of national identity . Representing roughly 28% of the population
There is a massive shift away from strictly Western music. Young Indonesians are obsessed with local indie-pop, folk, and "City Pop" revivals. Artists like Hindia, Nadin Amizah, and Lomba Sihir are the voices of a generation navigating mental health, urban life, and romance.
Profiles of the shaping these trends.
They are not the future of Indonesia. They are the present. And they are moving very, very fast. Whether the political and economic establishment can keep up remains the defining question of the 21st century for the world’s fourth most populous nation. As Indonesia continues to navigate the complexities of
: Unlike previous generations, today’s Indonesian youth use social media as infrastructure for protest . Recent movements have seen serious political demands (like the "17 + 8" list) packaged into viral memes and TikTok tracks to bypass traditional media.
One notable trend is the rise of online influencers and content creators. Indonesian youth are increasingly looking to social media for inspiration, entertainment, and lifestyle advice. As a result, influencer marketing has become a significant industry in Indonesia, with brands partnering with popular online personalities to promote products and services.
Rendy's friend, 20-year-old Luna, was the style icon of the group. She was always on top of the latest trends, from Korean beauty standards to streetwear fashion. Her Instagram feed was a curated showcase of her eclectic style, which effortlessly blended Indonesian and global influences.
Streetwear and sustainable fashion dominate the Indonesian youth style scene. The current fashion landscape is highly visual, fragmented, and expressive. It is a hybrid of Indonesian
: From thrifting (buying secondhand clothes at markets like Pasar Senen) to zero-waste cafes, sustainability is growing in popularity. Young entrepreneurs are launching eco-friendly brands focusing on organic skincare, reusable packaging, and ethically sourced coffee. 5. Coffee Culture and "Nongkrong"
: A popular trend where youth prioritize mental health and "self-rewarding" through short trips (staycations) or aesthetic coffee shop visits, often documented extensively online. The Rise of "Local Pride"
Perhaps the most striking shift is in how this generation seeks knowledge. Google, once the undisputed king of search, is being bypassed in favor of more immersive, visual, and conversational platforms. TikTok has evolved from a short-form video app into a powerful "visual compass," a search engine where 42.27% of Gen Z now go to discover everything from news and life hacks to restaurant recommendations and fashion trends. The preference for video is overwhelming: 83% of Indonesian consumers watch short videos like Reels for online shopping inspiration.
The most controversial trend is (South Jakarta dialect). It is a hybrid of Indonesian, English, and slang, spoken in a flat, "chill" tone.

While we are striving to make Velocity as accessible as possible, there will naturally be some technological hurdles we haven’t foreseen or can’t retro fit to meet older standards of compatibility.
Currently Velocity can communicate with Bluetooth devices via the Chrome platform on a PC. An IOS solution is in development as we continue to strive to make Velocity accessible across all devices and operating systems.
We are establishing partnerships with third party partners and developing workout files to be downloadable in formats that are compatible with leading fitness partners. Currently, your workouts can not automatically upload to Strava and Garmin Connect, but should be able to soon. We will be adding new partners as well.
