There is no official .exe or Windows version of Clover Configurator. Websites claiming to offer a "Clover Configurator for Windows 10" download link are often hosting malware or deceptive advertisements.
Download ProperTree from GitHub, install Python for Windows if prompted, run ProperTree.bat , and open your config.plist file directly from your mounted EFI drive. Method B: Cloud Clover Configurator (Web-Based) Since you don't have the Mac Configurator app,
Type list partition to locate the EFI system partition (usually around 200MB).

Type list disk to view your connected drives. Identify the drive containing your EFI partition.
