What are you running? (Windows, Linux/SteamOS, macOS) What specific game are you trying to import your Mii into? Are you getting any error messages right now?

Citra does not include Mii Maker by default. You will need to acquire the application file (typically an .app , .cia , or .3ds file). For legal and security reasons, you must dump this file from your own Nintendo 3DS console. Once you have the file, you can load it directly into Citra.

This is a classic graphic rendering glitch. Ensure that your graphics card drivers are updated, and try toggling Hardware Shader or changing the emulation backend from OpenGL to Vulkan (available in modern Citra forks) in the Emulation > Configure > Graphics menu.

Standard Citra builds often lack full support for the and Camera within Mii Maker, which may prevent you from naming your Miis or using photo-to-Mii features.

Ensure that you exit the Mii Maker app cleanly using the in-game "Save and Exit" button rather than simply closing the Citra window. Force-closing the emulator can prevent the CFL_DB.dat file from updating properly. Portable mode isn't working
